Scratch and Dent Appliances will indicate the acceptance of the Order by delivering of goods to you or allowing you to collect item, and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and Scratch and Dent Appliances come into effect, Regardless of any communication from Scratch and dent Appliances stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. We will indicate the rejection of your order by cancelling it and refund you for any amount already paid. Prior to delivery or collection of appliances you may cancel an order placed provided you do so before receiving an dispatch or delivery notice. Placed goods in basket without completing the sale process does not constitute an order for such goods. If stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold us liable if such goods are not available or at that perticular price when you complete or attempt to complete the sale. All appliances are limited and pricing may change without notice.

Direct Deposits or Electronic Fund Transfers must be made within 24hours of purchase or order placed. We will not except your order if payment has not been received. 

We only offer delivery to areas mentioned on check out, or your collection at own cost. We may change the terms and conditions at any time it is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions. Should you not be satisfied with these terms you should not make use of our website. 

Ownership of goods, until payment is completed and Confirmed.

We specialize in appliances that only have scratches or dents and we try our best to indicate or show it on our websites photos. All our appliances are classified as second hand items although it might have plastic, wrapping or stickers indicating otherwise. 

We do provide a 90 day warranty on our products, taking the below into account. 

Warranty Disclaimer 

All appliances carry a 90day Repair warranty unless specified otherwise.

Fridges/Freezers should be plugged in directly into the wall socket and not an extension cord.

We do not give cosmetic warranty on any units.

No warranty on load-Shedding damages or power failure caused to appliances.

All appliances should have a power surge protector plug for warranty to be valid.

Any washing machine that has been misused and over-loaded will not have any warranty on the spider arm assembly.

All twin tubs do not carry a warranty on the spin motors.

We will not be held responsible if tumble dryer belts break due to overloading.

All stoves /ovens should be installed by a qualified electrician,for warranty to be valid.

WHERE SERVICE IS REQUESTED UNDER WARRANTY ANY NO FAULT CAN BE FOUND BY THE TECHNICIAN ALL COST INCURRED WILL BE FOR THE PURCHASERS ACCOUNT.

Nuisance call ,call out fee will be charge.
